 1. Any M.Sc., with Physics and Mathematics as one subject at B.Sc. level.

2. Any B.E./ B.Tech. with Physics and Mathematics as one of the subject at B.E./B.Tech. level.
 

55% marks at M.Sc. or 4.5 GPA on a 6 point scale or 6.0 GPA on a 10 point scale.

60% marks in aggregate at B.E/ B.Tech. or 5 GPA on a 6 point scale or 6.5 GPA on a 10 point

A relaxation of 5% marks or 0.5 GPA will be considered at qualifying exams for reserved candidates who are domiciles of Maharashtra.
